"What is the secret of our team's success? At an individual level, we all excel in our fields. At a team level, we help, support, inspire, and motivate each other, thus highlighting our skills. A good atmosphere is always a given, as we love each other and love working together. Our clients feel this; it often rubs off on them. Our strength is that, although we are great professionals individually, together as a team we are unbeatable at what we do."
Péter Serfőző founded the company in 2009. He needs no introduction to the Hungarian graphic design community. Many people know him for his knowledge-sharing work. The values of community building, professional curiosity, professional humility, and joy define not only Péter’s ethos but also that of the whole company.
We use our professional expertise to help launch start-ups and reposition larger companies, providing brand strategy and design consulting and planning. Our goal is to provide honest and efficient answers to our clients and to support them until they cross the finish line.
Our years of experience, our professional accolades, and our satisfied clients prove that we're on the right track.
The straight lines on a notebook page, the lane markings on a road, the handrails mounted on each side of a stairs serve as guides in our daily lives.
They are rules that help us, rules that give us security and support us. The possibilities that lie between them inspire creative solutions.
At zwoelf, we use our professional knowledge and market insights to help you set up your rules so that you can rely on them to achieve your goals with more confidence.
Countless talents have turned to us and we have loved working with them!
"zwoelf was the first community that showed me that only imagination can limit possibilities. I will always be grateful for the trust and the amazing knowledge I received there."
"Orignally, I applied to zwoelf as an intern. At that time, I had no idea that the place would also mark the beginning of my professional career. Péter’s vision completely drew me in. I was very happy that I was able to work there straight after graduation. He gave me a lot of input. I often think of his words, and I still use the little pack he gave me as a tool for my work, even after all this time."
Laci was zwoelf’s first employee. He went freelance after about 3 years. Later, he strengthened the teams at Prezi and Bitrise. He also designed our typeface, Oedenburg Sans.
Our superstar UI guy, Bence, was an intern at zwoelf for 8 months when he was just 18. He then became a junior designer. From there, he went to SuperCharge as a medior and then to LastPass as a product designer.
Anna was zwoelf's very first intern. She joined the team for 3 years before becoming a freelancer.
Milan started as an intern. He worked at zwoelf for 2 years. He moved to Isobar where he became a senior designer and then continued as Design Director at Dot Creative. In 2022, he founded his own studio, Duotone, with Tamás Zelizi.
